Here it is…my most favorite project to date is making its debut! This Urban High rise Renovation project is one for the books.
*What we love:
Having most of the bones of this space in place, expansive windows with a gorgeous view of Clayton, a curved interior wall leading you into the main living space and modern kitchen were details we, and the homeowner admired. Creating multiple seating groups, spaces within a space add functionality to this open space. We love the light, bright and sophisticated home.
*What we did:
This space was screaming for an update, and an update is what it got. Taking the curved double height island down to a sleek 10 ft waterfall edge, counter height island was the magic this open concept condo needed. [Yes] we the same 10 ft marble island we had craned through the window 5 stories up! Keeping the existing hardwood floors, layered with white details all around just made this space even more open and beautiful. Renovating the Master Bathroom, Powder Room, Laundry Room and main living areas were just a few of the updates. Layering in custom upholstered furniture pieces gives this space an elevated look. And that fireplace! The floating hearth is just stunning! With the help of Landmark Builders, we completely transformed the space.
Cure Senior Designer, Cori Dyer truly outdid herself on this one. I love love love this project! And am super sad its over. Check us out on Social media and keep up with our latest and greatest, behind the scenes and all the things.
Here is what our clients had to say,
“Well deserved review. Cure Design Group was a great partner in bringing our 2.8K sqft condo to the modern urban living space we dreamed. Cori and Sara, provided inspiration, ideas, and a portfolio of great suppliers. Cure Design Group was able to take swipe ideas and reimagine our condo. They worked within the project plan and were thoughtful regarding budgets. We have remodeled three homes over the years. The professionals at Cure Design Group made this the best outcome of any of our homes. Highly recommend!”
