GREATNESS IS NOW THIS<\/em> GREAT ROOM<\/p>\n

When I first met my client at her new house to talk about her Great Room that was anything but, I was excited at how much she wanted a room to \u201cimpress\u201d but didn\u2019t have any real constrictions on design other than she\u2019s a modern-style-gal.\u00a0 I looked around at what I had to work with and thought this was going to be a breeze! \u00a0What I saw were some basic missteps that the previous homeowner left for her, none of which complement my client\u2019s modern style:<\/p>\n

\/\/\u00a0 The paint color was lackluster and far too youthful for the main living space of this family,<\/p>\n

\/\/\u00a0 The size, material, shape, and location of the microfiber sectional were completely inharmoniousness of her intentions for this room,<\/p>\n

\/\/\u00a0 The TV placement -through a main passageway- had yet to be watched and needed to be relocated,<\/p>\n

\/\/\u00a0 The beautiful shapely upper windows were covered with drab\/dingy pleated shades,<\/p>\n

\/\/\u00a0 The window panels below and on either side were about 6\u201d too short, [wince<\/em>] and far too narrow for this expanse of windows,<\/p>\n

\/\/\u00a0 There were canvases and mirrors hung 15\u2019 off the floor [Whyyyyy?!?!<\/em>]\n<\/div>\n
